At Packa Lighthouse, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The refund request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Customised or specially ordered items (unless faulty or incorrect).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [your email or WhatsApp number] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product showing the issue

  • Reason for the refund request

 

Once we receive your request, our team will review and respond within 3 working days.

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, we will process your refund via the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the refund is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), return shipping will be covered by us.

  • If the return is for other valid reasons, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
